Ho started his career as an intern in the Corporate Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia in 2004.

In 2010, Mr Ho joined SSH Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd, a property development and investment firm, as the Head of Business Development. He was being promoted to as the Director and CEO of the company in 2016, helming its business development, investments and corporate exercises.

Since July 2019, Mr Ho has taken on the role of Chief Liaison Officer in Malaysia for the Hong Kong Financial Assets Exchange (HKFAEx) Limited, which is principally involved in asset management. His main mandate is to expand the company to Southeast Asia. In December 2020, he was promoted to Managing Director, ASEAN of HKFAEx Group Limited.
