Ho started his career as an intern in the Corporate Tax Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia in 2004.

In 2005, he joined Dataran Mantin Sdn. Bhd., which is principally involved in property development. As part of its Sales Training and Agency Management team, he was responsible for the recruitment, training, support, and management of agents.

In 2007, he moved on from Dataran Mantin Sdn. Bhd. to join Kiara Realty as its Sales and Marketing Senior Advisor. His responsibility at the time revolved around handling the sales and leasing of all Sunrise Berhad properties for both primary and secondary markets.

Ho then took his expertise to Hall Chadwick Sdn. Bhd., which specialises in corporate real estate and consultancy. As the Assistant Manager in Sales and Marketing, he was in charge of handling the sales of land and en bloc properties.

In 2010, Ho joined SSH Capital Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a property development and investment firm, as the Head of Business Development. He was later appointed as the Director and CEO of the Company in 2016, helming its business development, investments, and corporate exercises.
