YM Tengku Datin Sri Nurzaheran has vast experience in various businesses and industries. She was the Environment Engineer of Assembly Services Sdn. Bhd. and Timeless United Sdn. Bhd. from 2006 to 2008. She was also the Managing Director of KN Furniture Manufacture (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 2008 to 2012.

Subsequently, YM Tengku Datin Sri Nurzaheran served as the Chief Executive Officer at the construction company Oxford Alliance Sdn. Bhd. for about five years. She was appointed as the Chairman of a multi-strategy private equity firm, Widuri Capital Sdn. Bhd. from 2016 to 2018, and the Business Development Director of O3 Wellness & Spa Sdn. Bhd. from 2019 to 2020. She was also the Director of Alexandria University Malaysia from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, YM Tengku Datin Sri Nurzaheran holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director at Oxford United Sdn. Bhd., a trading company specialising in oil and gas trading and logistics. She is also currently serving as a Director of the Singapore-based Oxford United Pte Ltd. Besides that, she sits as the Chief Executive Officer of the jewelry company Infiniti Jewels Creation Sdn. Bhd.

YM Tengku Datin Sri Nurzaheran has received numerous awards and recognitions, including a Certificate of Excellence from the C-Suite Leadership Excellence Award, for her strong track record in organisational development, revenue generation, governance, strategic management, and people development.
